Connecting Emerging Literary Artists (CELA) is a talent development project for the new generation of European literary voices across 11 different countries.
Featured
CELA connects 165 literary artists across 11 European countries. Together, the partners and participants of the project are bridging the gaps between each other, the publishing industry and the European public.

When the earth shakes, and when everyone tells us to be silent, we choose to write, create, and erase the boundaries between art and real life. Under pressure, but — together. Because, when the pressure overwhelms us, we resist with solidarity and engaged words. No pressure, under pressure!
