
Maruša Fakin
Maruša Fakin was born in 1991 in Ljubljana. After finishing her Master’s degree in Hispanic Studies, she worked as a literary translator from Spanish and Portuguese to Slovenian and collaborated with institutions such as the Ibero-American Institute in Berlin.
Alongside her literary work, she spent the past few years in the field of public relations and communication. In 2024, she relocated to Berlin, where she is currently exploring new opportunities in the literary and publishing world.
She remains committed to literary translation and writing, with a strong interest in Iberian and Latin American literature.
